Nowadays, we always heard of weird news about animal. So this is another one. It might sound like a normal lamb, but an animal born at a farm in New Zealand has stunned vets as it has seven legs. The creature was born on the farm of Dave and Di Callaghan last Friday and has three hind legs, one of which has two hooves, and four front legs.

But the lamb is to be put down as its insides have not developed properly. The lamb, one of a twin, was walking round with its mother on Friday when its unusual features were spotted.

Conjuring up visions of ancient mariners and sailing ships laden with fabulous wares, Korean fisherman Kim Yong-Chul pulled up more octopus, most of which had shards of pottery attached to their tentacles.

The Siamese giant carp slapped the men with its tail as they struggled to hold it. It was caught by Thai fisherman Kik

This is another latest record for a biggest carp in the world. The fish was landed weighing almost 20 stone - heavier than John Prescott. The monster was caught on a homemade rod but was too heavy for the angler’s scales. They only went up to 100kg - vastly inadequate for the job.

The giant fish’s 20 stone weight is a conservative estimate. It took two men to lift the beast above the water for a photograph, whereupon it slapped one of the men with its tail. It was caught in Thailand by a local fisherman known only as Kik who works as a guide for mainly European sportsmen.
