My auntie was so happy today because his son (my cousin) will be promoted to superior level in Singapore. Well, that’s what she said to me over the phone. But I’m not sure whether it’s already confirmed or not. All I know, my cousin just said “maybe”.

Last week, he said that he will be promoted only after he pass the “test” that will be held next month. Now he so scared because this is the 2nd test for him. Have you ever think to be a scientist before?
Well, this is a true story about my own dream since I was 12 years old. Actually, I have a dream and that dream is to be a knowledgeable man like McGuyver. Yeah… this is my favourite actor ever. He knows everything. From chemistry, physics and biology… he know how to do with that things.

For me, he is a scientist and he always be. Scientist is not about sit in the lab, mix here, mix there, try this, try that, then explode… boommm!
No, scientist is a people who know at least one area of science who uses the scientific method to do research. Scientists are motivated, often from childhood, by a desire to understand why the world is as we see it and how it came to be. Now here what McGuyver did. The only different is people never realised that he is a scientist. It’s because all the research and the creativeness that he got is a gifted. Apart of it, all his invention was just a normal “thing” in his daily job.

So how to create your kids interest into science?

For me, Science Kit Center is a best place to start a new environment of science. Bring your kids and give them an exposure with science kits is a great enjoyful moment together. At the same time, it will increase your kids interest before and try to love the subject.

Well if I am a little kid right now, I would like to have the Robots Kit and Electronics and Electricity Kits. This is because I am so interested with both of thid field.

Robot Kits is a good kind of “playground”. It needs a high of imagination to create more creativity and as far as I know, the curiosity will always there untill the robot was installed perfectly. But I hope there will be a kits for my favourite robot that is Transformer..!!!

Luckily, the Electronics and Electricity Kits also was available here in this site. I know that this is a good continuity of learning . Even the kids is still in the learning curve, but we can see how eager are they in order to build their communication via the theory’s given.

If only I have all this science kits at my home (when I was kid), maybe one one of my siblings already become a good scientist now ….probably.
