Auto Show is now become one of the most important event for all car makers. This is the place where they can show their latest model including their prototype and also their “green” cars. In Frankfurt Auto Show 2008, we can see that many car makes company try to win their customers by offering hybrid propulsion and more advanced, cleaner engines.

This is the video that have been recorded at Best Motoring 4 way race, Tsukuba. What I can say is if there were more laps I’m pretty sure the Gallardo would have aced this race, but it would have a hard time losing both the 911 and the NSX. As for the BMW, well it was more of a time attack than a race for that one.

Opss… the 911 is .264 faster than the NSX-R. That because it was an automatic. Watch the video after the jump.

I have a neighbour who own a SmartForTwo car. He is a businessman and everyone in our block know about that. But I think he still not know about this ToyotaIQ. Toyota’s new mini-car concept, the IQ, was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

The ‘IQ’ prototype is just 9ft 9 inches long - about three inches shorter than the original Mini - and is expected in showrooms within two years priced between £9,000 and £10,000. It has enough room for three adults and a small child, but a sliding seat arrangement means it can be driven as a two seater with added boot space.

The Sukhoi Su-35 is an advanced fighter aircraft flown by the Russian Air Force. Developed by Sukhoi and based on the Su-27, it was originally identified as the Su-27M. It was developed to counter the U.S. F-15 Eagle and F-16 Fighting Falcon.

It shares larger wings and more powerful engines with the naval variant of the Su-27, the Su-33 ‘Flanker-D’. Other changes from the Su-27 were canards, a larger nose, the greater use of carbon fibre and aluminium-lithium alloy in the airframe, and larger, squarer tail fins. The new nose holds an improved passive electronically scanned array radar and the aircraft had many other upgrades to its avionics and electronic systems, including digital fly-by-wire and a rear-looking radar for firing Semi-Active Radar missiles.

The Mil Mi-12, known as V-12 in the Soviet Union, and by the NATO reporting name Homer, is so far the only helicopter produced by the Mil bureau to depart from the single main rotor plus tail rotor formula. It is to date the world’s largest helicopter and flew for the first time in 1968, but did not enter production.

The second prototype, which was presented in the West at the 1971 Paris Air Show, set seven load-carrying records in 1969: in February, a 31030kg load was lifted to 2951m and the following August, 40204kg was taken to 2255m.
