Outer banks foreclosures is a very damn good source for all of us. Well, I really want to set up a business similar like them but I don’t have any expertise in foreclosure as well.
Once I have discussed about this kind of business with my dad. He realize the potential of this business. So what happened is he just smile to me and explain few things about real estate industry. He also said that I need more experience in this and I must find my “true friend” in order to achieve my dream.
