When a person swipes the credit card in the magstripe reader, what actually happenis all the informations will be sent to the central tracking system, which has all the information about the card owner, balance details, country, zip code etc. But that’s was not exactly that we should know about credit card because there are many types of credit cards out there.

Credit card now already become one of the most important thing in our life. There are trillions of credit cards issued worldwide and most if them actually have a minimum of 2 credit cards in their name. Whatever it is, I think all credit card holders must know how credit card can help them and what is the different between ‘secured’ or ‘unsecured’ card. The fact is, many of us prefer to use the unsecured one. Means that our credit cards are open lines of credit, so that we can use it to make purchases. But there’s also a secured one or in another word, prepaid one.

Actually, credit cards are convenient for us and it can be beneficial if we use it correctly. There’s many
good credit cards that offering us a good rate. Eventhough some credit cards have an annual fee, but bear in mind that others still not.Not only that, we also can get more earning points for all our purchases.
