Lately, there’s a lot of condos for sale in my area. I knew that my place will become more valuable in 10 years time from now and that’s why I think I will not sell my land. My father also said the same thing because land is more important than any other properties.
But I don’t know why many of my friends prefer to sell their land. They rather sell it and then moving to other place. Maybe they have their own reason but as for me, this place always remind me of my childhood. Got many friends here and I love the environment.
