Nobody knows that the The P-38 fighter plane will lay in that sands before.

But now, it’s revealed!
For 65 years, this Second World War fighter had lain hidden under the surface of a beach where it crash-landed. Just a short distance above it, holidaying families have built sandcastles, strolled and swum, all unaware of its existence. But now the P-38 Lightning has re-emerged after freak weather conditions caused the sands to shift and expose its rusting frame.

All I can say, it has a sentimental value for all war’s veteran specially for the pilot who has flew it in the WW2.. May them rest in peace. See the real picture of this plane after the jump.
