I used to do push ups everyday when I was younger. I have tried to get back into it many times over the past few years, but age and a busy schedule kept me from consistently working out at a gym or even doing push ups. Then the past few years I started having wrist problems. The design qualities of this product take the stress off of your wrists and focus it back on your muscles.
I really like the simplicity and ease of use.

I’m planning to buy this stuff after I got my credit card. The only thing gives me problem because Amazon still not accept Paypal as one of their payment method. I wonder when Amazon will do it.
