Then answer is this is a true story from India. Lakshmi Tatma was born joined to a ‘parasitic twin’ and will go under the knife at the hands of 30 surgeons to remove two of her useless arms and legs.

Well based on what the doctors said, she will have an operation because if she’s not, she would never be able to walk or crawl and would be unlikely to live past her early teens.

As for me, I’m so glad to hear her parents are going to do all they can to give her a normal life. I pray to God the surgery is successful and she is able to pursue her dreams.

Note: If you’re a pregnant women, I suggest you to not see the real pictures of this toddler. It might disturb your mind and your imagination.

What an amazing story… and so lovely to see this little one is well cared for as many disabled children in India are put out on the streets to beg. I admire Dr. Patil and his team for attempting this unusual surgery, I hope it all goes well for Lakshmi and her family. And may her surgery be completely successful and may she have a happy, healthy long life.
