I’m not kidding. Eating now become one of the most dangerous sport in the world. It has been proved by Takeru Kobayashi in his latest statement.

Kobayashi, the world championship of hotdog eating competition just can’t hold it anymore. Lingering jaw pain will keep reining he from competing in the Krystal Square Off IV World Hamburger Eating Championship this weekend. Kobayashi, 29, won all three previous Krystal Hamburger Eating Championships and holds a world record of scoffing 97 of the burgers in eight minutes.

Kobayashi had a wisdom tooth extracted in June and received chiropractic treatment for a sore jaw before losing his championship in the Nathan’s Famous Fourth of July hot dog eating tussle at Coney Island in New York. Anyway, I still hope that he can attend that competition.
