This bizarre sculpture of a human head was carved out of a dead cedar tree. Painter, sculptor and poet Rudy Rahmeh carves figures and faces out of trees and this one was expertly created in a forest in Lebanon. The sculptor carves the figures out of the dead wood to represent the relationship between time and place. One of the other creations is of a human body (after the jump).
