This is the brilliant idea I have ever seen in my life. Eventhough it quite dangerous, but in the positive side, it really can avoid the vandalism. I wonder why there is no such kind of idea like this in my country because most of the fire hydrant in my country was too “naive”. Not only that, you also can’t seat at others people’s properties without their permission.
