Have you ever come to any situation where you don’t deserve a good service from other people?
It happened to me last night when I went for shopping at Guardian Pharmacy with my niece. I’m quite disappointed for the service that they gave to me. Even the staff can’t answer my question. So who else that I’m suppose to rely on if not from them?
I hope the management will conduct more training about product knowledge for their staffs because if they just hired someone to handle their business without any product knowledge, I don’t think they can survive in this business. Hey, customer is always right.. remember that?
I don’t expect a royal service like what I can get in Condo Hotels, but please more considerate about your staff capability. That’s all.
