Live in the apartment sometimes is not as luxury as what you think. Most of the times, we have to deal with many things that out of our control. This is true because one of my friends also said the same thing especially when it involved with the quality of the building.

In my country, apartment is the best choice for many of us. We like to stay at apartment because there’s a space for our car, more secure and more safe. In fact, there’s a security guard that can watch us all over the time. But when we want to talk about how good the quality of the building, we can’t find anyone that we should blame for. It’s pretty sad because the developer will let off their responsible and leave us just like that.

One of the problem that really make us so mad is about the basement waterproofing. I’m not sure when this peoblem can be settle.
