It’s already 1 month after I applied for my E*trade debit card and untill now, there was no good sign about it. I’m also never got any email from their side. I don’t know why they treat me like this. If my application was rejected, why they don’t want inform me? Is it difficult to email me about my application status?
Just because of their bad customer service, I have to check my mailboxes everyday. Sometimes, I’m feel that I’m stupid. Have you ever got your E*trade card? If you have it, can you tell me .. do you satisfied with their online service?
